ANNOUNCEMENTS:
New Entry System at the Sports Club
The old keycard system is being upgraded starting April 21st with a new app-based system. Please pardon our 'dust' while we install the needed hardware! During the installation of this and a new fire alarm system, there may occasionally be certain areas of the Sports Club blocked off for workers.
Information and training will be available for all owners, guests and renters. Look for an email with your owner credentials and details on downloading the Verkada app.
Owners, please make sure to fill out the rental registration form by June 1 and let Christine McLaughlin know at the Sports Club (if you rent) that you would like to have your renters have Sports Club access. This will help assure as smooth a transition to the new system as possible. The form and additional information are available on the Sports Club section in the menu bar above.
The old keycards do not work! To make sure renters have Sports Club Access, please indicate in the rental registration form that you rent and that you request rental access.
Rental guests will not have access if owners are not registered as a rental unit.
2024 Annual Meeting: The 2024 FRPOA Annual Meeting was held on November 16, 2024, as a hybrid live/Zoom meeting in Lincoln, NH. Minutes including the PowerPoint slides for the meeting are available here.
Hello, Summer!
Sports Club Hours:
HOURS:
9am to 7:30pm Sunday-Thursday (lockers open until 8pm, no entry after 7:30)
9am to 8:30pm Friday & Saturday (lockers open until 9pm, no entry after 8:30)
Please Note:
We will be closing early for the Fourth of July, and open from 9 am to 5 pm. The Town of Lincoln holds an all-day celebration with a parade, music and fireworks. See HERE for a schedule of events!
Lockers are open to allow for changing/showers of guests inside before close. No new entry after closing time.
Please remember that no glass is allowed in the Sports Club. This prohibition applies to glass in goggles. Please check goggles before bringing them to the pool! If the goggles have glass faceplates or eyepieces they are not permitted. Thank you!
As always, the rules for using the Sports Club must be followed. This includes no food or drink EXCEPT for water bottles in the indoor pool area. Parental supervision is required for those under 14. No alcohol is allowed in the Sports Club. Drinks must be kept 4 feet from the water.
Key cards are no longer used; please sign in at the desk and sign out equipment/games.
Reminder to leash your dogs.
As stated in the Rules and Regulations for the Forest Ridge Community, it is required that "all dogs being walked along the sides of roadways, walkways, and any other paved right of way in the Forest Ridge Community, must be on leash or carried. No pet is allowed to roam freely in Forest Ridge." This reminder is due to reports this week of dogs being walked off leash in various locations in the association. Please keep your dogs leashed while walking them. It is important that dogs are leashed to keep everyone safe, including the dogs themselves! Thank you!
Share the Road, Drive Safe!
Please look out for pedestrians, bikes and dog walkers along the roadways!
Forest Ridge installed speed humps along Forest Ridge Drive and Pinehill Lane in November 2023. These speed humps are placed to keep speeds at 20 mph. They are low enough for clearance of all vehicles, including snowplows. Cars that do not exceed 20 mph should not have any problem clearing the speed humps without issue.
