Sports Club General Information

The Sports Club is located at 174 Forest Ridge Drive, Lincoln NH 03251

 

The amenities are available to all owners in good standing, their guests and renters in good standing. 

 

The Sports Club consists of the main building and several outdoor amenities. Inside the building is the lobby, indoor pool and hot tub, locker rooms, lobby restroom, exercise room, reading/TV room and a billiard room/table tennis set-up in the back room. There are several board games, books and puzzles available as well. Billiard balls and table tennis paddles may be signed out at the Front Desk.

 

Outdoor amenities are available May through October, and include the outdoor pool, a picnic and grill area, swing-set, tennis and pickleball courts, and yard area. Yard games and tennis/pickleball equipment may be signed out at the Front Desk. 

 

The Outdoor pool is slated to close for the season on October 16th.

In Spring of 2025, the Sports Club started modernizing the entry system, with a system created by a company called Verkada. A new reader and cameras were added to the front door and outdoor pool entrances. The new system has scanners that will allow entry via an app called Verkada Pass.

 

Owner Access:

All owners will be given individual access through Verkada that will allow them and immediate family to enter any time during business hours. Download the app, and login with your email. 

 

Rental Access:

Owners who rent their units need to first register with the POA and indicate they request to be allowed to enter their rental guests as temporary users. Rentals will need to be given access by the owner (an email and password to log into an account in the Verkada Pass app). Owners will edit a rental account created for them with the renter's name and dates of their stay.

 

 

A word document for owners to share information on Verkada and the access information is available. Owners who rent will need to request access to do so, and will receive access to the Verkada Command app. Once an owner has this access, they will enter the renter's information to allow the renter to use their rental account in Verkada. 

 

Training on the Verkada Pass app for all owners and the Verkada Command app for renting owners will be provided by the Sports Club Manager on Thursdays in person at the Sports Club. A QR code to download the app is available below. You can scan this code with your phone camera and navigate to the download site for the app.
